Taking a veterinary conference as an example; if the delegate initially selects the ‘Veterinary Nurse’ box as their profession, they will then be guided down a booking journey that only includes workshops and streams open to nurses. Any activities non applicable activities (for example manager, vets and admin staff workshops) will not be presented to the delegate. This makes for an easy and quick registration, with minimal mistakes and reduced risk of support calls. We can also automatically create the booking journey based on the relevant discount that needs to be applied, such as membership rates, early bird discounts, 3-for-2 style offers and more. If the delegate requires travel or accommodation, this can also be applied with ease.
The delegate can be given the opportunity to pay online using a variety of secure payment option, such as Worldpay, Protix, Google pay, Paypal etc. evocos will not record or retain any sensitive payment details. Alternatively, through the seamless integration link, evocos can communicate with your backend finance system and can automatically generate invoices and receipts. The total paid by the delegate will be recorded within evocos and any business platforms you require (such as your finance system, CRM or HR etc). This integration means the all members of the business have an accurate and up to date view of the event at all times.
