evocos event software is an extremely flexible and functional solution, and as such is available as both a hosted (software as a service – SaaS) model or as a traditional installed product (perpetual pervasive licence).
We are able to host and operate the event software offsite and charge an affordable monthly service cost based on your requirements. If you require further information on how our hosting model works, then please contact us. Remote access to the applications/database is allowed to authorised Silverbear staff only via a secure VPN. Access to applications is protected by its own users/roles authentication mechanism.
The minimum hosting contract period for evocos is 12 months and ensures the event application (and data) is hosted at secure Data Centres based in the UK our hosting platform provides 100% network uptime and 100% infrastructure uptime guarantee. For our clients, it means peace of mind.
