Even though we have designed evocos event software to be easy to use, we would still recommend that your event team are trained to ensure they are utilising the product to its full capabilities.
The courses required, and the most appropriate dates for them to be run, will be identified and attendance at evocos training courses, and the successful completion of such courses, results in the attainment of evocos points. A minimum set of evocos points are required to ensure that your support and maintenance contract runs as smoothly as possible on a day to day basis. Discounts on support and maintenance contracts may be obtained based upon the number of evocos training points that your organisation maintains.
