How the Event Health Check works:
Firstly, one of our experts will visit you onsite providing an objective friendly and professional audit of your current event management processes during an interactive 2 hour workshop
An "Event Health Check" report will then be produced documenting your current event processes and providing you with pragmatic, bite-sized packages of work that can be undertaken by the organisation to improve your event management strategies
During the workshop our expert will also audit the system you currently use to manage your events and the Health Check report will include our recommendations for implementation of an event software solution.
