Suppliers and Speakers
Supplier and speaker details can be added to the event management software database allowing you to send any up-to-date information they may require prior to the event. Speakers and suppliers can also be managed internally using the resource event calendar (checking availability etc).
Additionally, caterers can be added to your supplier list which in turn provides them with a report which will confirm the number of delegates and their dietary requirements.
