- Automated Online Booking: Capture relevant data from your delegate/member for event and accreditation process
- Tests & Examinations: Once the member has attended the event an email containing a link to an online test is sent
- Online Self Service Portal: Member has the ability to log on to a self service portal using a unique username and password. They can complete the test online allowing the evocos system to instantly and accurately capture all the data
- Reporting: You’ll have the ability to run bespoke reports showing stats such as attendance numbers, pass rates, fail rates etc – the reports can be customised depending on the trainer’s requirements.
- Grading Online: The tests can be graded online; the trainer can award a percentage, pass/fail, or a grade to the member
- Certificates: A certificate can be generated confirming their accreditation or qualification. This can be sent electronically or printed and sent directly to the member
Online Self Service Portal for Members
The self service portal also allows your members to view their training history, compare their current position with accreditation based targets, plan activities, reflect and consequently book themselves onto desired and required training courses. The portal is completely secure, with each member logging in via their own dedicated username and password.
