evocos Event Scheduler

Our conference and event Scheduler allows you to organise a multi-day conference or event bringing suppliers, sponsors and delegates together. Our scheduling tool recognises the constraints and complexities of scheduling multiple one to one meetings and workshops.

The Scheduler can be purchased and used as a standalone ‘out of the box’ solution which enables you to upload and make sense of your multiple spreadsheets. Alternatively, it can be integrated into our event software solution, evocos, for a complete end to end event management solution.

The evocos Event Scheduler is an industry specific, intuitive web-based tool which enables you to manage and schedule multifaceted one-to-one meetings and workshops for your delegates, suppliers, speakers and sponsors simply and efficiently.

The Scheduler allows you to have total control over the complex scheduling, rules and restrictions of multiple one-to-one sessions. We match sponsors/ suppliers with the right delegate and vice versa by utilising world class technology, such as a sophisticated and comprehensive pre-selection criterion feature based on scheduling constraints, suppliers’ packages and delegate requirements.

We designed the scheduling tool to be flexible to the demands of large, busy event and conference teams. We ensure the scheduling expectations of delegates and suppliers are consistently met and exceeded.

Integrated Scheduling Tool – CRM & Event Software

We will write connectors from the Scheduler pointing to your database. This ensures all your event information can be imported directly into the Event Scheduler, whilst recognising any pre defined rules associated with the event or conference.

Alternatively, integrate with our event software solution, evocos, and build a customised booking form per event that will allow you to ask questions relevant to the event such as; workshops/break out sessions, which exhibitor you would like to see, what are you hoping to see at the conference (interests) etc. This information will then be collated into the evocos database, allowing you to easily select which event you would like to import into the Scheduler.
